Heliclub LP respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the Personal Data we collect, how we use it, and how you can contact us to ask any questions or express any concerns you may have about our privacy practices or the Personal Data that you have provided.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Personal Data collected through our Website. This Privacy Policy does not cover the collection and use of your Personal Data by our business partners.

In particular, the Personal Data includes any data about you that specifically identifies you as an individual and information about your activities, such as information about your use of the Services, when directly linked to personally identifiable information (including automatically collected).

This Privacy Policy constitutes the integral part of Heliclub Terms of Use. All terms used in this Privacy Policy shall be understood and interpreted as set out in the Terms of Use.

BY USING OUR WEBSITE, YOU CONSENT TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY AND OUR COLLECTION, USE AND SHARING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA, AND OTHER ACTIVITIES, AS DESCRIBED BELOW. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using our Website.

 

1.             COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

We collect the personally identifiable data that you input into our Website and the data automatically generated by your use of our Website. We describe these two types of data below.

The Personal Data You Input

 A. Registration and Account information. You may input the Personal Data to make use of certain features of our Website.  For example, when you create your Account with us or when you make a booking of helicopter you will enter the Personal Data about yourself such as: first name, last name, address, email address, mobile telephone number, credit card number, password, social medial profiles, etc.

B. Purchases. When purchasing the Services on our Website you enter your payment method information. Such payment method information (including billing information, expiration dates of credit card, and security codes) is transferred to a third-party provider of payment services and is not retained by us.

C. Social Networks. You can also engage with our content and other offerings on the Website through the Social Networks. You may also choose to link your Account to the Social Networks. When you link your Account to the Social Networks, you may allow us to have ongoing access to certain Personal Data from your Social Networks accounts (e.g., name, e-mail address, profile photo, gender, birthday, location, your list of friends, people you follow and/or who follow you, the posts or the 'likes' you make). We may also receive other information (e.g., content viewed, information about advertisements within the content you have been shown or may have clicked on, etc.) from your Social Network interaction with various content. By interacting with our Services through the Social Networks, you consent to our collection and use of your Social Networks information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
 

Information We Collect Automatically

A. Technical and usage information. ·       Processing of your inquiries at the Services and providing the Services in accordance with the Heliclub Terms of Use;

·       Analyzing and understanding our audience for the purposes of improving our Website, offered content and technologies (including our user interface experiences) based on factors such as how many users visit or use our Website, what pages and views are accessed, which features and content of our Website most interest our users;

·       Preventing, detecting and investigating potentially prohibited or illegal activities, including fraud, and enforcing our terms;

·       Communicating with you concerning our Services (for example by email notifications), providing personalized recommendations, content and advertising based on your activity on our Website.

We may use your email address to send you Marketing Emails. You may opt out of receiving Marketing Emails through a link in such emails or by notifying us at support@heliclub.com

 We do not sell or rent any Personal Data to third parties. We may share your Personal Data with the following, or under any of the following purposes:

  • Our current or prospective business partners, including service providers, who may have access to personally identifiable information for the purposes of your booking of helicopter (or other product).
  • Our IT providers, including technology providers and developers, who may use your Personal Data to fix Website issues, or develop new features to improve our Website.
  • Legal and law enforcement purposes. We may disclose personally identifiable information in response to legal process, for example (a) in response to a court order or a subpoena, or in response to a law enforcement agency's request, if it is in writing, reasoned and occasional and if it is made within their official mission, (b) to enforce our Terms of Use, or to protect the rights of Heliclub.
  • We also may disclose such information to third parties in connection with fraud-scoring, detection, and prevention activities or where we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our terms of use, to protect our rights under our contracts, terms of service, and to otherwise protect our rights and the rights of others, and as otherwise required by law.
     

4.             SECURITY

We believe we use reasonable administrative, logical, physical and managerial measures to safeguard your Personal Data against loss, theft and unauthorized access, use and modification. However, we cannot assure you that personally identifiable information that we collect will never be used or disclosed in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy Policy. You should understand that none of the existing system of data security can be absolutely safe. Therefore, despite all safety measures implemented, we cannot fully guarantee security, integrity and safety of your information.

 

5.  ACCESSING AND CORRECTING PERSONAL DATA

You can review or update your Personal Data you provided to us by managing this information through your account or sending us an email at support@heliclub.com.

If you have a valid reason to remove any Personal Data, please contact us at support@heliclub.com, indicating the information you want to remove. However, you should understand that we cannot always delete records of past interactions and transactions (we are required to retain some information for financial reporting).

We will retain your Personal Data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you wish to deactivate your account or request that we no longer use your Personal Data to provide you services, please contact us at support@heliclub.com.

 

6. DATA PROTECTION

Heliclub complies with each of the eight principles of the Data Protection Act 1998. Those principles require that data is:

  • adequate, relevant and not excessive
  • accurate
  • not kept longer than necessary
  • processed in accordance with the data subject’s rights
  • secure
  • not transferred outside the EU without adequate protection

Heliclub LP is registered with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office for the purposes or processing personal data under Registration Number ZA204109.

From time to time we may update this Privacy Policy. If the changes are material, we may notify you by posting a notice on this page, by email, or by any other method we choose in our discretion. Such changes shall take effect on the date of publication of the updated version of the Privacy Policy on the Website, unless otherwise provided by the changes.
